Long term villa rental rates are quoted on a monthly basis. Villa rentals are considered long term for a minimum term of six months. Barbados villa rental properties for a period less than six months are occasionally available at a premium of the advertised "long term" monthly villa rental rate.
On commencement of a long term villa rental a payment equivalent to three month's rent is required at the time of signing the tenancy agreement.
